Payroll processing can be very tedious for the HR department to handle this is why this is one of the process which is better outsourced as well as timekeeping. The devices nowadays makes all these convenient. A finger scan can easily tell how much should be deducted from tardy people. Usually it takes a lot of reports and evaluation before we can measure the effectivity of someone's work. I say, let softwares handle it and you will save a lot of money.
