When you hear a business owner say:
· “Do you know of any place that accepts donations of computers, laptops, tablets, monitors for schools, etc?”
· “Do you know where I can recycle computers, laptops, tablets, monitors, mobile phones, office phones?”
· “Can I write off old IT equipment?”
· “We sometimes sell old computers to employees.”
The Company picks up electronic and IT equipment from companies. They securely erase or destroy the data drives. If equipment is functional and has value they can resell/repurpose equipment. They offer receipts for transfer of liability and audit reports for customer compliance reporting. Companies can either participate in 50/50 revenue share or treat the equipment as donation due to our mission – 501(c)(3) status.
How they Work: They have a 100% dedication to industry certified R2 standards and processes with 75% of our employees being developmentally disabled. Drop-offs are free and the pickup charge of flat $190 (unless special equipment handling needs, CRTs* or monitors*) is the only cost.
